“Based on a life-long experience as a performer in classical music I am investigating similarities and connections between leadership, innovation and music making.

In various settings as a speaker and workshop organiser within Exart Performances I work with leadership in executive education programs all over Europe and somewhat in the US.

As a musician I value the creation of new forms including listeners in the perfomance practise based on the tradition of scored music. When I get invitations conducting ensembles I always seek to follow up by opening up the talent’s potential and aspirations surrounding the music making.

In 2008 I released my first book “Performance & Lederskab” in Danish. These first steps as an author will continue in more directions than only leadership literature. The new media’s possibilities of engaging and including people in a deeper mutual understanding as well as inventing new forms of artist endeavour is highly ranked on my agenda.”
